On-campus freshmen may only choose between the Bison Herd and Bison Ultimate meal plans. The university automatically assigns the Bison Herd plan to all on-campus students. If an on-campus freshman would like to upgrade to the Bison Ultimate plan, the change must be completed by the end of the first week of classes. All other meal plan changes must also be completed by the end of the first week of classes.

Meal Exchange Program
Students may use one meal swipe to redeem a designated combo meal at participating on-campus retail locations. Each location may have different menus and hours of availability for meal exchange items.

Any modifications to a meal exchange item (e.g., adding extra cheese or bacon) may incur an additional charge, which can be paid using Dining Dollars or Lipscomb Bucks.

Meal exchange swipes are non-transferable and may only be used by the student to whom the meal plan is assigned.

**Parameters of program: **

• Meal swipes can only be used by the student assigned to the meal plan. Purchasing meals for a guest, in both the Bison Cafe and retail units, is only allowed using Dining Dollars, Lipscomb Bucks, or Cash/Credit.

• Unused meal exchange swipes do not roll over week-to-week.

• Meal Exchange swipes are available for limited menu items and meal times.
